Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model
One of the various team development models we use is the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model (created by Allan Drexler and David Sibbet). The approach helps teams navigate the 7 steps towards achieving high performance. The initial 4 steps help create a solid team foundation and the final 3 steps help teams sustain desired performance.
