Process Improvements
Lean Process Improvement Methodologies
We specialize in using Lean Sigma Process Improvement methodologies to improve people related processes that reduce waste/defects, improve quality, and add continuous value. By intentionally intersecting the disciplines of Lean Six Sigma and human behavior processes that touch people, we’re able to provide innovative solutions that would be otherwise difficult to envision.
Process Improvement Customer Experience
Kaizen – A Kaizen is a Japanese word that translates to “Change for the Good”. Kaizens are the implementation arm of a Lean Process Improvement program. They are typically carried out in (1) week. It’s all about taking decisive action to measurably improve a process which is anchored and sustained until a decision is made to continuously improve it again.
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
We provide a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification course (aligned with the American Society of Quality – ASQ, Yellow Belt Standards)
This 2-day course is supported by live instructors, participant workbooks, case studies, and useful templates and tools. The goal of this experiential course is to share the core principles, body of knowledge, and relevant tools to accomplish process improvement initiatives. Participants will also be prepared to pass the Six Sigma Yellow Belt exam upon successful completion.
