Dr. Moore has led small and large-scale deployment of continuous improvement programs, leadership development, and organizational development projects from conception to implementation in manufacturing, retail, medical, and government. Combining his business acumen, over 30 years of boots-on-the-ground experience, and academic achievements give Dr. Moore a unique skill set he readily shares with his clients. Additionally, his highly collaborative approach to working with leaders and stakeholders enables them to find the best and most sustainable solutions to an organization’s challenges.
A Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, and Positive Psychology Coach, Tom is comfortable working with C-level executives, their teams and staff, senior leaders, mid-management, and front-line leaders. He recognizes that organizations have different operational needs and goals. Hence, he steers clear of the one-size-fits-all approach to development and training.
