About Inspirus Consulting

At Inspirus Consulting we use Process Consulting as an intervention approach. This is a joint effort where we work with our clients to help them perceive, understand, and act on events occurring in the internal / external environment (Schein, 1999). Our approach to process consulting is supported by Chris Argyris’ intervention theory.
